Humiliated & Embarrassed Delhi Bureaucrat Seeks Apology From Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s rendezvous with controversies involving hooliganism and of having dictatorial tendencies seem to have no limits.  A senior bureaucrat, chairman and managing director of the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC), K R Meena, wrote a letter to sought an apology from Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for his alleged misbehaviour during a meeting last week.

The officer claimed Kejriwal shouted “get out” at him in the meeting and he suffered “grave humiliation, embarrassment and anguish” during the interaction at Chief Minister’s residence.

The episode relates to Meena’s meeting with Kejriwal and Industries Minister Satyendar Jain at the Chief Minister’s residence on November 10.

The meeting was called to ask Meena expedite the process of DSIIDC handing  over alternative plots to an industrialist whose current property was needed to be acquired partly to build a colony pathway for residents of Raja Vihar near Badli industrial area in northwest Delhi.

Meena’s letter allegedly accused Kejriwal of causing him grave embarrassment and humiliation, he further mentioned, “Worthy honourable CM lost his cool and shouted at me and directed me to leave his office. The literal word used by you was ‘get out’ in a highest possible tone with utter disrespect. CM shouted continuously and claimed that DSIIDC is not property of anybody’s father, and they will utilise its assets in a manner best suited.

“With grave humiliation, embarrassment and anguish I left your room. The entire episode shows your desperation and utter disrespect to the system and senior officers. This has happened without any fault of mine as no one could release government or DSIIDC land to a private party on assurance,” stated the letter.

The official also stated that the entire episode has “hurt him emotionally and disturbed him professionally”. “I am not able to concentrate on my work since the event,” Meena said.

The 1993 batch Indian Administrative Service officer wrote to Kejriwal: “The entire episode shows your desperation and utter disrespect to the system and senior officers. This has happened without any fault of mine.”

This however, won’t be the first time such allegations were raised against Kejriwal’s behavior, from time to time many former AAP founding member have accused Kejriwal of mistreating his power while bringing ahead one man army. The leader have firmly believed that there isn’t any place for democracy, further making a ruthless dictator.

“The Phones Of Judges Are Being Tapped” Says Kejriwal, Center Denies Allegations

Arvind Kejriwal enjoys teasing and ruffling Narendra Modi’s feathers. It’s almost like the Prime Minister completes him, making his life purposeful.

Addressing the golden jubilee celebrations of Delhi High Court in the presence of Modi, among other dignitaries, the Delhi chief minister set off a bombshell when he alleged that the phones of judges are being tapped. It forced Law minister Ravi Shankar Prasad to fervently deny the unsubstantiated claims.

Kejriwal conceded he’s not sure whether there is any truth in it, but nevertheless went forward and created an atmosphere of panic and unrest. These are serious allegations, and unless validated with evidence, shouldn’t have been made public. Perhaps, his desire to create a perception of problems for Modi outweighs the need to maintain good sense.

It was a good strategy, though, timed to perfection. On Friday, Supreme Court chief justice, TS Thakur, had come down heavily on the Centre for not appointing High Court judges despite recommendations made by the Collegium. It was a scathing rap that shook the Modi-led NDA. It was also an embarrassment of sorts because the counter argument by the Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi, appearing for the Centre, had little logic. The Government ought to have done better.

By leveling the charges of phone-tapping of judges, Kejriwal attempted to further question the intentions of the Government with regard to India’s judiciary. An atmosphere of speculative fear that would arise now could alienate Modi from the justice system.

Perhaps, these allegations should be taken seriously and Kejriwal should be asked to substantiate his claims. Taking the responsibility of making such serious charges, he ought to provide some specific details about the murmurs he claims to have heard in the company of honorable judges. Otherwise, it will only embolden people like Kejriwal to continue to make baseless accusations, based on hearsay.

Ever So Diligent In Raking Up Drama, Arvind Kejriwal Confuses Noise With Actions!

Arvind Kejriwal, the L’Enfant terrible of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), has a thing for skirmishes. He loves to start a fight, but scoot to safety the moment his opponent challenges him to come into the ring. Recently, Twitteratti had a field day when the Delhi Chief Minister locked horns with Punjab heavyweight Amarinder Singh, the state Congress head.

A day after Kejriwal launched his party’s election trade manifesto in Punjab, Twitter exploded with a bitter verbal duel between the AAP leader and Singh. While both the politicos hurled insults at each other, Amarinder Singh challenged the Delhi CM for an open debate. Kejriwal’s AAP has been leaving no stone unturned to familiarize Punjab’s masses with the party. They have taken on sensitive issues like drug abuse in Punjab, and hope to turn it against the leading government run by BJP-backed Akali Dal.

But when cornered into getting onto a duel to debate about the issues of Punjab, the AAP chief chickened out, and how! Not someone who likes being told what to do, Kejriwal picked up the tactic that people with lack of courage usually do: offense being the best defense. He said the usual mumbo-jumbo of being ready for a duel, but, ONLY with Sonia Gandhi or Rahul Gandhi, Congress brass, and Singh’s party superiors.

Like, really? So Kejriwal thinks he is a national leader, and it’s beneath his stature to involve in a debate with a regional political leader like Amarinder Singh? So much for flaunting himself to be an “aam aadmi’s” leader. Why these double standards, Mr CM? No problems whatsoever in dreaming big, but why this conceited superiority complex?

Assembly polls in Punjab are just few months away, and AAP has announced that it will win majority. May be it will. But then Amarinder might be in the Opposition. Would Arvind Kejriwal then shake his head like a spoilt brat, refusing to speak to Singh? I don’t think so!

Kejriwal can’t be forever acting like a passive bully, only showing an uncanny bravado in taking on political heavyweights on the digital space. Kejriwal has been crying hoarse in a bid to gain some reaction from Modi. An attention-seeker, he has been saying the nastiest things about Prime Minister Narendra Modi for quite some time now. It’s another thing that the PM has refused to acknowledge any of his childish foul accusations.

And now, by refusing to talk to Amarinder Singh, Kejriwal has proved how much in awe he is of PM Modi.  The Delhi CM might not admit it, but Narendra Modi is his alter ego. The PM is everything that Kejriwal is not, and in denying to talk to a “smaller leader”, Kejriwal has emulated Modi.

Delhi crying, Kejriwal busy in his cheap politics

fight-against-mosquitoes

The national capital has been crying over the various issues prevailing in the city and the Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal has been busy in playing the cheap politics to please the vote banks.

Arvind Kejriwal has announced a grant of one crore rupees to the former soldier who committed suicide in Delhi. It was the best moment for the AAP national convener to hit the headlines.

The AAP party has shown its ugly face and the people came to know that the AAP party is not different from other political outfits. When the OROP soldier was committing the suicide, not a single AAP worker or volunteer stopped him.

It means the AAP volunteers and workers were directed to not stop the OROP soldier when he was consuming the poison. The AAP head directed his party volunteers and workers to use the moment for the cheap politics.

Kejriwal did not announce reward for the soldiers who martyred at Uri. Even he had termed the surgical strikes fake. He had pointed finger at the Indian Army commandoes who conducted the surgical strikes.

At that time the entire nation was proud of our government and moreover, all political parties supported the centre government except Arvind Kejriwal who was playing politics.

In 2015, the AAP party was busy in its political rally at Jantar Mantar and a farmer committed the suicide in front of AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal.

Kejriwal was addressing the gathering and the farmer was committing the suicide but Kejriwal did not stop his speech and finally the farmer ended his life.

Hence, it is proved that the AAP party and its leaders only play cheap politics to woo the vote banks. AAP can only play the vote bank politics and the party has nothing to do with the lives of innocent people.

Kejriwal has no respect for the cops, says a Delhi police cop to HC

The Delhi police constable Anil Kumar Taneja who had filed a case against the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for using the word ‘Thula’ for cops told the Delhi High Court that the AAP head has crossed all the limits of decency.  Taneja in a  reply filed before Justice Mukta Gupta, he has sought dismissal of a plea filed by Kejriwal seeking stay and setting aside of a trial court’s order summoning him in a criminal defamation complaint against him.

Taneja, who has filed the criminal defamation complaint against the AAP leader, claimed that by referring to policemen as ‘Thulla’, Kejriwal “has intentionally insulted the entire Delhi Police force as a whole and caused unnecessary provocation to the police personnel in Delhi”. “Being Chief Minister of Delhi, which is a constitutional position, the petitioner (Kejriwal) has immense influence and reach across public domain. His words definitely impact the public at large and the personnel of Delhi Police.

“Therefore, by using such a derogatory and insulting word, Kejriwal has crossed all limits of decency while uttering such words on a famous national Hindi news channel, that too in an interview being telecast at prime time news show.

Taneja said that the word used  by the Chief Minister was sufficient to harm the reputation of police in the eyes of the general public and “lowered the image” of Delhi Police as a whole. “

However, the Kejriwal’s counsel had told the court that the word ‘Thulla’ was not used against all policemen but against those indulging in wrong practices. Kejriwal’s lawyer has tried to defend the Chief Minister of Delhi who deliberately insulted the Delhi Police.
When the AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal had taken the reigns of the Delhi government, he started targeting the Delhi police and made the statements to the media that the state police working on the directions of the centre government.
The AAP-led government in Delhi failed to curb the crime in the state and the crime rate of the national capital has been increasing day by day. All the time the AAP government giving statements against the Delhi police that the police is under the control of BJP government.

Another One Bites The Dust, AAP Legislator Arrested For Extortion

Continuing the ever growing bond between controversies and Aam Aadmi Party, MLA Gulab Singh Yadav is the entrant in the race.  AAP’s Legislator and in charge of Gujarat affairs, Gulab Singh Yadav recently got arrested for after a non-bailable warrant was issued against him under the claims of an extortion case by Delhi police just few hour before Arvind Kejriwal’s rally in Gujarat.

And following the usual course of his action wherein everybody ( and mostly BJP) is out to get them rant, The Delhi chief minister, Arvind kejriwal called the allegation and the arrest as an intend to “scuttle” his rally and accused the BJP president Amit Shah of “trying to disrupt the Surat programme”.

“I appeal to Amit Shah ji that this is not my rally but that of the public … You see 13 MLAs have been arrested by the Delhi police on the direction from the BJP,” Kejriwal said.

Upon learning the news about the alleged claims, Yadav left the rally to surrender himself at Urma polic station.

“Delhi police had come here with a non-bailable warrant against Gulab Singh Yadav. He learnt about it before hand and came to Urma police station where we handed him over to Delhi police,” Surat Police Commissioner Satish Sharma said.

The Delhi police will take Mr Yadav to a court to secure a transit remand. Before leaving for Umra police station to surrender, Mr Yadav told reporters at the circuit house, “I have learnt that a Delhi police team has come to Surat to arrest me. So I am going to Umra police station to court arrest and ask the Delhi police to pick me from there.”

“I am in Gujarat since September 6 and I was here when the FIR was filed on September 13. The police raided my office and got nothing incriminating. The Centre is directing arrest of AAP MLAs but we are not going to bow down and are ready for any consequences,” he alleged.

As per the claims of two property dealers, Deepak Sharma and Rinku Diwan, that people from Mr Yadav’s office, and an associate Jagdish, were extorting money from them by threatening to get demolished the building from where they were operating.

Henceforth, a case under the section 384 (punishment for extortion) of the IPC was registered at Bindapur police station on September 13.

Further on, Confirming the MLAs arrest, Delhi joint commissioner of police Deependra Pathak said, “He will be brought back to Delhi today to join the probe in the FIR of extortion in which he has also been named.”

Delhi minister Kapil Mishra, who is attending the AAP rally in Surat, said Mr Yadav’s arrest was a turning point in Gujrat politics.

Victim Or Perpetrator: Ahead Of Arvind Kejriwal’s Visit, Banners Feature Him As “Pakistani Hero”

In reaction to the outrageous demand of Delhi’s Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, questioning the intent and authenticity of the center-led surgical strikes, nationalist portrayed him as “Pakistani Hero”

Days ahead of AAP’s rally in Surat, banners carrying his photographs with Burhan Wani, Hafiz Saeed and Osama bin Laden, terming them “heroes of Pakistan”, appeared at different locations across the city on Thursday.

The posters were making a round all throughout Unjha, Gujarat Enunciating a clear link between kejriwal and Hizbul Mujahideen commander, Burhan Wani who was killed in Kashmir, 9/11 mastermind Osama bin and Hafiz seed, co-founder of Lashkar-e-Taiba, expressing where their loyalties lie.

However, as per the usual norms it didn’t take our beloved chief minister to use this opportunity against his contenders after the incident. Kejriwal became immensely furious as he was supposed to meet and greet the families of those killed during the Patel agitation, immediately took refuge in blaming BJP for sabotaging his rally in Gujarat.

“The banners had been put up by BJP workers as they don’t want Kejriwal meeting to take place. We have removed eight such banners. We are expecting over one lakh people to attend Kejriwal’s public meeting. AAP leaders Kumar Vishwas and Sanjay Singh will also accompany Kejriwal.”

He added, “Kejriwal will meet Gujarat PAAS spokesperson Varun Patel in Ahmedabad on October 15. We have extended the invitations to Surat PAAS co-convenors Dharmik Malaviya and Alpesh Katheriya and other PAAS members to meet Kejriwal in Surat.”

Surat city BJP president Nitin Bhajiyawala said, “We have told BJP workers that they should not oppose Kejriwal’s visit to Surat. I am sure no BJP worker will do this (put up such posters). A few days ago, a few banners featuring Kejriwal were blackened. They alleged that it was the BJP’s doing. But, later, it was found that AAP worker Ajit Tiwari of Surat was had done that. AAP leaders are resorting to such tactics to get publicity and, on the other hand, they are trying to defame us. We have nothing to do with these banners.”

Why AAP deleted ‘funds information’ from its website?

arvind-kejriwal

The Aam Aadmi Party has been facing the tough time as the Income Tax Department has detected a fraud made by the party.

The Income Tax Department has found that the records, about the funds that the party claimed as donations on its website, that were submitted to the Election Commission do not match with the list put up on the party’s website.

As per the information, the party received foreign funding on the fake PAN cards and even the party got the funds from the anti-national forces operating from various countries.

The AAP senior leaders have been touring in foreign countries and the anti-national forces are bearing their expenses. After its formation, the AAP had put the list of donors on its website.

However, the party started receiving the illegal funding and finally, deleted the list of donors from its website. The matter was unearthed by the Income Tax Department.

Even a prominent news channel has procured the documents related to the funding fraud, and the investigations are on. The party has been going towards its dooms day as the completion of the probe would raise curtains from so many doubts.

Meanwhile, another scam of the AAP regarding the mutualisation of public money in ad campaigns outside Delhi. The Delhi funds were used to pay for ad campaigns in Goa and Punjab for the upcoming assembly polls in the two states.

According to the official figures, the Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal used Rs 1.5 crore from the annual budget of Delhi for the ad campaigns in Punjab and Goa.

The Chief Minister of Delhi left the people in the lurch and spending the taxpayers’ hard earned money for ad campaigns in other states. Arvind Kejriwal has not been holding any portfolio as he is aiming to win all states.

AAP’s “Irregular” And “Unjustified” Expenses Go Against The “Basic Financial Tenets Of Public Expenditure

The chief minister yet again hit the headlines with a fresh round of controversy, wherein he has allegedly reported to have used annual budget of Delhi campaigns for Goa and Punjab’s campaign. With 1.5 crore allotted as Delhi campaign budget already been used by Arvind Kejriwal led Aam Aadmi Party.

This won’t be the first time when Delhi’s self proclaimed messiah skinned of the hard-earned cash of Delhiites to further on splurge it on a nationwide advertisement blitzkrieg. The reports have given ammunition to opposition parties, questioning the working strategy of AAP. Some of them even calling it a “misuse of the money of honest tax-payers of Delhi”.

“While Delhiites are suffering for basic necessities like water and electricity, the party is using the public fund for its political gains in several states.”

The rebel MLA of AAP, Devendra Sherawat also commented on the controversy and said “The Delhi CM has not taken any department in the government. This means he is full-time indulged to do politics outside Delhi.”

Further Calling it “unacceptable” to use money of Delhi for party’s campaign, he said “Delhi CM is neither fulfilling requirements of Delhi, nor he is doing justice outside.”

Following the treading controversy there have been many roumors taking rounds of Aam Aadmi Party is in a major tax trouble. The Income Tax Department has found that the records, pertaining to the funds that the party claimed as donations on its website, that were submitted to the Election Commission do not match with the list put up on the party’s website.

To save face to say the least, the party has deleted the information from its website.

Anti-Sikh AAP to enter Gurudwara politics

images

The Aam Aadmi Party has already revealed its anti-Sikh ideology by insulting the Sikhism so many times and now the party has set to enter in Gurudwara politics.

After taking the reins of Delhi, the party has been looking for the political prospects in other states too and now heading for Gurudwara politics by supporting Panthak Seva Dal, a new entrant in the Delhi Sikh Gurudwara Management Committee (DSGMC).

The DSGMC elections are scheduled in the first quarter of 2017. The new religious outfit has elected AAP MLA from Kalkaji Avtar Singh Kalka as convener.

The AAP party duped the people of Delhi and now the party has been heading to befool the Sikh community again. In fact, the party has already revealed its anti-Sikh ideology.

During the campaign of Delhi assembly polls, the party had taken the matter of 1984 anti-Sikh riots in its manifesto. It was promised that a Special Investigation Team would be constituted and the culprits would put behind the bars.

However, the AAP-led Delhi government lost the SIT files and the Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal was caught as he was seen in a picture sharing the stage with the culprit of the Sikh carnage, Jagdish Tytler. Kejriwal was holding the hand of Tytler which depicted his friendship with the killer of innocent Sikhs.

The AAP Delhi leaders drew flak as Ashish Khetan equated the AAP Punjab youth manifesto with the holy Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji. Even the party had printed the picture of party symbol ‘broom’ with the picture of Golden Temple.

In Delhi, the AAP-led government had demolished the free water kiosk at Chandni Chowk Sikh temple and also vandalised the premises of the temple. There are numbers of incidents depicting the anti-Sikh mentality of AAP party.
