Humiliated & Embarrassed Delhi Bureaucrat Seeks Apology From Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s rendezvous with controversies involving hooliganism and of having dictatorial tendencies seem to have no limits.  A senior bureaucrat, chairman and managing director of the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC), K R Meena, wrote a letter to sought an apology from Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for his alleged misbehaviour during a meeting last week.

The officer claimed Kejriwal shouted “get out” at him in the meeting and he suffered “grave humiliation, embarrassment and anguish” during the interaction at Chief Minister’s residence.

The episode relates to Meena’s meeting with Kejriwal and Industries Minister Satyendar Jain at the Chief Minister’s residence on November 10.

The meeting was called to ask Meena expedite the process of DSIIDC handing  over alternative plots to an industrialist whose current property was needed to be acquired partly to build a colony pathway for residents of Raja Vihar near Badli industrial area in northwest Delhi.

Meena’s letter allegedly accused Kejriwal of causing him grave embarrassment and humiliation, he further mentioned, “Worthy honourable CM lost his cool and shouted at me and directed me to leave his office. The literal word used by you was ‘get out’ in a highest possible tone with utter disrespect. CM shouted continuously and claimed that DSIIDC is not property of anybody’s father, and they will utilise its assets in a manner best suited.

“With grave humiliation, embarrassment and anguish I left your room. The entire episode shows your desperation and utter disrespect to the system and senior officers. This has happened without any fault of mine as no one could release government or DSIIDC land to a private party on assurance,” stated the letter.

The official also stated that the entire episode has “hurt him emotionally and disturbed him professionally”. “I am not able to concentrate on my work since the event,” Meena said.

The 1993 batch Indian Administrative Service officer wrote to Kejriwal: “The entire episode shows your desperation and utter disrespect to the system and senior officers. This has happened without any fault of mine.”

This however, won’t be the first time such allegations were raised against Kejriwal’s behavior, from time to time many former AAP founding member have accused Kejriwal of mistreating his power while bringing ahead one man army. The leader have firmly believed that there isn’t any place for democracy, further making a ruthless dictator.

AIIMS Files Police Case Against AAP Leader, Somnath Bharti

Over the past few weeks, there have been a series of allegations and complaints against AAP leaders. From charges seeking bribes corrupting the party’s said morals to bring all kinds of sex offence in the lime light, AAP leaders have outdone themselves in all areas. After MLA Amanatullah Khan, ex Delhi Waqf Board Chief, AAP leader and Delhi legislator somnath Bharti lands in fresh trouble as the chief security officer of AIIMS files a FIR for provoking the mob to damage hospital property  and  misbehaving with the hospital’s security personnel.

On September 9, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) officials  gave a written complaint , stating that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader “provoked the mob to damage the fence of the hospital with JCB at Gautam Nagar Nallah Road in order to give access to unauthorised persons inside AIIMS property and also misbehaved with security personnel”.

The police booked Bharti and six security personnel, after the medical examination under IPC sections 147 (punishment for rioting), 148 (rioting, armed with deadly weapon), 186 (obstructing public servant in discharge of his public functions), 353 (assault or use of criminal force to deter a public servant from discharge of his duty) and 3/4 Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act has been registered at Hauz Khas police station.

however just like every other AAP leader under the scrutity ,  Bharti deined the allegation while blaming AIIMS for denying “legitimate access” to Gautam Nagar residents and charges that people dismantled a wall that was restricting their access was a “blatant lie”. Raging on Twitter, Mr Bharti said, “The wall will have to go in larger interest of residents, come what may.”

Mr Bharti, who is out on bail in a case of domestic violence filed by his wife, was detained in Chennai last week for taking out a rally without permission.

Crime against women rising in Delhi, AAP team busy in tours

The recent incident of a 21-year-old woman by two auto rickshaw drivers shocked the country but for Delhi government led by AAP party has another task on priority.

The Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal was busy in his political tour when the incident happened in Delhi. Moreover, there is no cabinet minister of AAP party present in the state as all ministers are busy in other states for the preparations of assembly polls.

When the AAP party contested the Delhi assembly polls, it was promised in the party’s manifesto that women security would be on the priority of the party. In Narbhaya case, the AAP supremo Kejriwal had demanded the resignation of then Chief Minister of Delhi, Sheila Dixit.

However, the crime against women increased in the national capital in the regime of Kejriwal government. The state emerged on the top in the country for maximum crime against women.

Recently, a 21-year-old woman, who was accompanied by her two-year-old daughter, was raped by two auto rickshaw drivers in Delhi. The Delhi Police arrested the accused, Pradeep and Abhishek on September 9.

The Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal was busy in Punjab when the incident happened in Delhi. Instead of delivering the promises to Delhi public, Kejriwal is busy in Punjab for upcoming assembly polls.

When the Nirbhaya incident shocked the country, Kejriwal told that Sheila Dixit had no right to remain the CM of Delhi anymore. At that time he had advised Dixit to submit her resignation on moral grounds.

But, in the regime of AAP government, the incidents of rape are on the rise. Why Kejriwal is not submitting his resignation on moral grounds as he advised Sheila Dixit after the Nirbhaya incident.

Another One Joins The Club, AAP MLA Accused Of Molestation

Leave it to AAP and its members to have had an army of alleged sex offenders and with Amanattullah Khan’s name as a new entrant in the list, the party yet again subjected itself to be ridiculed.

A case under IPC sections 354A (sexual harassment), 506 (criminal intimidation), 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman), 120B (criminal conspiracy) and 498A (husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty) was registered against Khan by his sister-in-law, acussing khan of putting illegitimate pressure on her to get into a physical relation with her. A complaint was also filled against her husband for demanding dowry and putting pressure on her to get “physically intimate.

After Delhi minister, Sandeep kumar expulsion from AAP, this is yet another sleazy scandal which has rocked the floor under Delhi’s ruling party, AAP, ultimately forcing Khan to quit his position as city’s Waqf Board Chairman.

Another One Bites The Dust, Vishal Dadlani Quit AAP After His Mocking Tweet

Music director and singer Vishal Dadlani, celebrity supporter of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), has announced he is quitting all political work after his mocking tweet on Jain religious leader Tarun Sagar, a noted jain monk, at Haryana assembly where he gave a 40-minute long speech in nude,  caught fire on twitter.

Vishal, who has been one of the most visible activists of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) for quite some time now, had to soon bow down to pressure from Jains, AAP, and Twitterati.

it all started around 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, when Vishal said on Twitter: “People actually trying to defend the colossal idiocy of some naked monk, addressing Haryana assembly, telling women how to live! UNREAL! (2) [sic].”

He further on added “That dude has the same education, as he has clothes on. None. I’ve no problem with nudity. I have a problem with religion in governance. [sic]”

However, a day later Dadlani deleted his tweet and made apologies to the jain community. But Dadlani came under widespread attack from members of the Jain community. Kejriwal described Tarun Sagarji Maharaj “as a very revered saint, not just for Jains but everyone. Those showing disrespect is unfortunate and should stop. We deeply respect him and his thoughts”.

After the announcement of his departure from the party a lot of speculation of being thrown out of the party has been stewing. To which, In a string of tweets, Dadlani insisted that the party had not shown the door to him after his controversial tweet on a Jain religious leader, Tarun Sagar. “A lot is being said against AAP because I chose to quit. I just want to say, AAP is a family. Please keep faith in (Delhi Chief Minister) Arvind Kejriwal and the party!”

“I apologize again, to the Jain Community and all others offended. But I beg you all not to support religion in governance, for India’s sake. I’m no leader, man. I’m just a guy with too many opinions. Learnt that India is safer when we all just wave and smile.Nothing vulgar about nudity. Telling women how to live, what to wear, where to go, what to do. THAT is vulgar!” he added. “I am happy to apologize, as long as people can see that mixing religion in governance is a serious problem!”

AAP Government Spent a Whopping Amount of 33 Cr on a Single Ad Campaign, Who’s Broke Now Arvind Kejriwal?

Arvind Kejriwal government splurged a hefty 33.4 crores single ad campaign. In a scathing report that raises several questions about the Aam Aadmi Party government’s publicity blitz in its first year in power.

The government auditor CAG has presented a scathing report of 55-page to NDTV which has further raised several questions about AAP government publicity blitz. The said auditor also accused the Delhi government of using public money on ads that promote the party rather than focusing on government. Referring to ad that showed a person waving a broom, AAP’s election symbol, and said they referred to “AAP ki Sarkar,” which publicized the party not the government.

The CAG report also says that of the 526 crores that the AAP government spent on ads, it is unable to give details on expenditure of more than 100 crores.

It spent over 70 lakhs on ads attempting to discredit the central government by blaming it for Delhi’s deteriorating law and order, the report says.
The auditor has questioned claims made by the Kejriwal government in its ads, like when it said it had completed three bridges in the capital on time, spending less than the budgeted 350 crores.

In the Delhi assembly session, AAP and the BJP sparred with the latter accusing the ruling party of “unconstitutionally hiding” the report “which exposes wastage of public money” on publicizing blitz of aap party, claiming that it would demand a CBI investigation.

To which Delhi’s Deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia said “The government has not received CAG report yet; we have nothing to hide, will table report on the floor of the assembly.”

Manish Sisodia: Centre is preparing grounds to Impose Prez Rule In Delhi

On Monday Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia stated alleged allegations on the Centre of preparing grounds for imposing President’s Rule in Delhi.  He further went on saying that it has been attempting to run the city administration even since the AAP came to power.
Sisodia warned the Centre that the AAP dispensation will not spare it if rights of people are violated, in an apparent indication that his party may launch a major campaign for full statehood for Delhi

in the wake of the high court order holding the assembly discussion with the lieutenant governor, the administrative head of the city administration, Sisodia said elected people should be above the selected one.

Earlier this month, the high court had ruled that the Lt Governor is the administrate head of the National Capital Territory and he is not bound by the advice of council of ministers.
“We may be child in politics, but we are not immature. If they (Centre) trouble the people of Delhi, we will not spare them … during the elections, the BJP had supported full statehood demand for Delhi, but now they have forgotten”, says Sisodia.

According to him the AAP government has power on all issues including services related to land, police and public order, ACB despite Delhi being not the full statehood.

In an indirect jab at the Lt Governor, he also said that “elected” should be above “selected” who is not the representative of people, but added masses should be above the elected in the democracy.

He went ahead saying “The central government wants to run Delhi indirectly through President’s rule and that they are up to getting the President’s rule (here) as they did in Arunchal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Despite getting raps from the court, they are trying such things.”

However, the opposition leader Vijender Gupta alleged the AAP has always chosen the way of “confrontation” to expand itself in other states to get benefits and that discussing the situation arising out of the court order was in contempt of the order. But that didn’t deter Sisodia as he went on rejecting the claim of Gupta.
